Yoga
Come in to try our Hatha and Vinyasa style classes. Our instructors use a combination of spinal awareness, meditative reflection and healing music in their practice.
HIIT
Otherwise known as High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a series of short bursts followed by rest. These workouts will leave you burning in and out of the studio.
Pilates-Mat
Stop by our mat pilates class to not only feel challenged and fulfilled, but also to see improved results with your strength, posture, agility and flexibility.
Barre
Looking for a low impact but killer workout? This class is for you. Our instructors use precise and low-impact movements to help lengthen and lean those muscles. You will feel stronger after just one class.
Bootcamp
Are you someone who is motivated by camaraderie and teamwork? Then bootcamp is for you. Our bootcamp uses fun, varied exercise and group fitness to help out clients reach their fat loss goals and feel their best.
In the warmer seasons, we will even take class outside on nice days!
Gentle Flow Yoga
Slow down and stretch out with this practice that links movement with breath. Michelle encourages students to be present and build connections among body, breath and brain—cultivating mindfulness both on and off the mat. Benefits include improved physical and emotional flexibility and balance, stress reduction, self-discovery and self-care. Modifications are given to ensure all bodies are able to express and benefit from any given shape. Trauma-informed.
Buti Yoga
Buti is a music-driven movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning.
Stroller Strength
Struggling to find time to workout with your little one? We have a solution for you. This bring your babe to class will meet at The Spot and walk & workout around Bordentown. We will end at various local coffee shops and more!
